Hard requirements (we check every one):
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B closing: you prospected, demoed, negotiated and closed yourself
- You have sold to US small and medium businesses
- Verified quota attainment: commission statements or CRM/quota reports from a past employer
- Near-perfect spoken and written English; you will be on the phone with US business owners all day
- Strong CRM discipline: you manage your own pipeline, follow-ups and notes
- Available 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern, Monday–Friday

Pay moves up only with verified proof: commission statements or CRM/quota reports from past employers, plus references we actually call.

How to apply (in this order):
Step 1: Record a 2-minute pitch first, before any written answers. In your own voice (audio or video), pitch an AI phone system to a US dental office owner who says "We're happy with our current phones." No script read by software, no AI voice. Applications without this recording are not reviewed.
Step 2: Tell us about one B2B deal you closed yourself that we can verify: type of customer (industry and size), deal size (monthly or yearly value), sales cycle length (first contact to signature), and who at your old company can confirm it.
Step 3: Be ready to share proof if we move forward: commission statements or CRM/quota reports, and two references (a former manager or customer) we will call.

You own the full sale: find the prospect, run the demo, negotiate and close. Nobody hands you booked meetings. You keep your own pipeline in the CRM, every day, without being chased.

Senior closers: $4,000–5,000/month base + commission of 100% of each new customer's first-month package price, uncapped (package price excludes taxes, usage/overages, one-time fees, consulting, labor and hardware).

Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern. Fully remote, worldwide.
