Founding GTM Engineer

• 5+ years in outbound, SDR/BDR, growth or GTM roles at early-stage B2B SaaS (seed to Series B), with booked-meeting results you can show in numbers.
• You’ve built outbound from zero at least once: lists, sending infrastructure, copy, sequences and reporting.
• Hands-on with modern outbound tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead or HeyReach, plus LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• You build your own automations in n8n, Make or Zapier, and work with APIs, webhooks and JSON without waiting for an engineer.
• You use Claude or ChatGPT every day, including through their APIs, for research, personalization and analysis.
• Deep email deliverability knowledge: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, inbox rotation and list verification.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Your messages read like a person, not a template.
• Comfortable with data: spreadsheets, CRM reporting, and ideally basic SQL.
• You know the rules: CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR basics, and LinkedIn and Instagram platform limits.
• Based in Latin America and available 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, during US Eastern business hours (8 AM–5 PM ET).

Full-time, all-day role. There’s always another list to build, message to test, automation to ship or lead to book. You own one number: qualified demos booked and held for the founder every week.

What you’ll do

• Define and sharpen our ideal customer: short-term rental operators with 10 to 500 listings. Build, enrich and score target lists.
• Run founder-led LinkedIn: connection and message sequences, the inbox, and the founder’s content calendar.
• Run cold email end to end: sending domains, warm-up, deliverability, list verification, copy and sequences.
• Run Instagram outreach to our short-term rental audience.
• Write and A/B test every hook, offer and follow-up. Reply fast, handle objections, qualify and book the call.
• Build the GTM stack: research and personalization agents on Claude or GPT, workflows in n8n, enrichment and lead scoring.
• Keep Attio, our CRM, clean and report weekly on what works by channel, list and message.
• Own positioning and messaging with the founder, using insights from our recorded sales calls.
• Grow inbound next: website conversion, content, SEO, webinars and partner channels.
• Document everything as playbooks so the next GTM hire ramps in days.

First 90 days

1. Days 1–30: learn the product, customer and funnel. Launch LinkedIn and cold email on warmed domains.
2. Days 31–60: three channels live with tracked sequences, research automated, demos booking every week.
3. Days 61–90: hit an agreed pipeline target, write the playbook and launch inbound experiments.
