Alba Talent is hiring experienced B2B cold callers and appointment setters based in Mexico to work remotely with US clients. Strong spoken English is required.
Pay: US$550–700 per month plus performance bonuses. Top earners can make US$1,000+ per month; higher earnings depend on performance and are not guaranteed. Pay is denominated in USD. The displayed MXN range is an approximate conversion (about MXN 10,100–12,900 at USD/MXN 18.3837 on 9 October 2026), not a fixed MXN salary; the peso equivalent varies with exchange rates.
You will call business decision-makers, start relevant conversations, qualify interest and book meetings. Follow client-specific scripts, record accurate call outcomes and work with your team lead to improve performance.
We provide the dialer, contact lists, scripts, training and coaching. This is full-time remote work aligned with US business hours. Exact campaign hours are confirmed during the hiring process.
Requirements: Previous B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience. Clear, confident spoken English. Experience handling objections and speaking with business decision-makers. A quiet workspace, reliable internet, computer and headset. Comfortable using a CRM and dialer, following a structured process and receiving coaching.
