Descripción

  • Have exceptional written and spoken English (this is a requirement)

Requirements
  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional business writing ability
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours for at least part of your schedule
  • Ability to work independently
You'll work directly with the CEO to help build scalable sales and partner enablement systems.
Typical responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating dealer and partner onboarding
  • Managing CRM records and keeping opportunities current
  • Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
  • Building and improving sales workflows
  • Creating simple graphics and sales materials in Canva
  • Coordinating follow-up communications
  • Managing sales documentation and internal knowledge bases
  • Assisting with LinkedIn and social media content scheduling
  • Tracking marketing and campaign performance
  • Supporting webinars, product launches, and partner education
  • Helping improve our sales processes as we grow
No two days will be exactly the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.
  • Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible scheduling with overlap during U.S. business hours
  • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
