- Experience with SAP MM and SAP WM (localization or project background aligned to Colombia or Chile).
- Colombia or Chile localization experience needed.
- Based out of any South American country.
- Ability to support the customer from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST.
- Spanish and English fluency (able to communicate clearly with stakeholders in both languages).
- Willingness to travel to Colombia or Chile based on customer request.
- Support the customer’s SAP MM/WM needs during the required coverage window: 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring requirements and updates are understood in both Spanish and English.
- Handle customer requests related to SAP MM/WM work as directed by the engagement scope.
- Follow the client’s process for coordination, issue tracking, and resolution.
- When requested, travel to Colombia or Chile to support delivery activities.
We will tailor the work setup to the client needs within Colombia or Chile localization. You will support the customer from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST, with Spanish and English communication required. If the customer requests it, travel to Colombia or Chile may be needed as part of the engagement.
