Our client, a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a Sales Director to drive new client acquisition and expand its business!

The ideal candidate has proven BPO sales experience, a strong track record of closing deals, and the ability to independently generate new business. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, ambitious, and excited to build a sales operation from the ground up, with the potential to lead a team as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for BPO services.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiations and closing.

• Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.

• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.

• Establish a repeatable sales process and help scale the company’s sales operations.

Requirements

• Proven BPO sales experience with a demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing deals.

• Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions, preferably in back-office operations, customer support, finance, or related services.

• Experience independently managing the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting and client acquisition.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with the ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch.
