- Fluent, professional written English
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently from home
- A recent graduate or someone early in their career (no experience necessary, we train you)
- Your own computer and a stable internet connection
How we work: We expect clear communication, consistency, and ownership of your tasks. You should be comfortable learning quickly and applying feedback to outreach and record-keeping.
- Research companies and identify senior professionals who fit our clients’ hiring needs
- Find and organise contact details using LinkedIn and other tools
- Send clear, professional outreach messages to senior candidates
- Keep our records accurate and up to date
- Work alongside our London team and learn the fundamentals of executive search
- Fully remote, work from home
- Full training and ongoing support from our London team
- Some international travel may be expected, including trips to our London office and to the US
- Real room to grow as we scale
- Compensation: around USD 1,270 per month (about GBP 12,000 per year), paid monthly
