Must-haves
- 5+ years of relevant experience implementing or consulting on financial software, ERP financial modules, or comparable business applications.
- Strong practical knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring financial software as part of customer implementations.
- Experience across multiple stages of the implementation lifecycle, such as discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing/UAT, training, Go-Live, and post-production support.
- Strong customer-facing consulting skills and the ability to communicate confidently with Finance stakeholders.
- Ability to understand business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend appropriate functional solutions.
- Strong ownership, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English for regular interaction with international customers and teams.
- Lead functional activities throughout financial software implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and Go-Live.
- Work directly with customers to understand their Finance and Accounting processes, challenges, and business requirements.
- Configure financial software based on customer requirements and agreed solution designs.
- Apply Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable knowledge to recommend practical solutions and best practices.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
- Support testing and UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and help customers resolve process or configuration gaps.
- Deliver customer training and support adoption of the implemented solution.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, developers, and other implementation stakeholders.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, issues, and customer needs clearly throughout the implementation.
- Manage functional responsibilities across different customer engagements while maintaining quality and ownership.
