✅ Inbound sales representative experience
✅ Sales or appointment-setting experience
✅ C1/C2 English level, strong spoken English is required
✅ Experience in inbound sales calls, customer service with sales goals, or lead follow-up
✅ Home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, or BPO sales experience is a strong plus
✅ Strong communication and objection-handling skills
✅ Availability for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends
- Handle inbound calls from residential homeowners : provide empathetic, knowledgeable assistance and convert calls into booked service appointments.
- Build genuine rapport with every caller, treating each interaction as a sales call, not just a service request. Customers shop around : make them choose Mother.
Compensation:
Up to $2000 USD/month base salary + commissions
100% remote | Full-time

We are prioritizing candidates available for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
