Fluent English with clear spoken and written communication
Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
Strong appointment booking and sales ability
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable handling upset or frustrated customers professionally
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet and professional home office environment
Quality headset with clear audio
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Strong computer and typing skills
Punctual, responsive, and self-motivated

* Answer inbound customer calls
* Respond to new leads immediately
* Schedule and dispatch technicians
* Follow up on missed calls and unsold estimates
* Handle upset customers professionally
* Manage technician schedules and appointment changes
* Make outbound calls to customers and leads
* Help maximize booked appointments and sales opportunities
* Maintain accurate notes and communication inside ServiceTitan

This role handles approximately:

* 30–50 inbound calls daily
* Up to 100 customer touchpoints per day
