Part Time Operations Lead

Strong organization and follow-through.

Experience with scheduling, customer service, operations, or project coordination.

Clear written and phone communication.

C1-level English is required for written and phone communication.

Comfort with CRM, spreadsheets, and task tracking.

Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Keep the daily job pipeline organized from scheduling to closeout.

Follow up on open jobs, missing photos, and invoices.

Coordinate with office staff, sales, and crews on schedules and client updates.

Flag delays or issues quickly and keep simple status reports for leadership.

Part-time role, about 20 hours per week. Pay is $7–$10 USD per hour, depending on experience. Flexible schedule and performance-based bonus opportunities.
