We’re looking for someone who can thrive on the phone all day and turn warm conversations into closed deals.

Required:

Sales experience (B2B is a plus)
Clear American-sounding accent (non-negotiable). You’ll be speaking directly with U.S. professionals.
Comfortable on the phone throughout the day
Self-driven, reliable, and organized

Bonus (not required): Tax/accounting knowledge—if you already understand tax operations, you’ll ramp faster, but we will train you.

How we work: We care about outcomes, not busywork. Be ready to take ownership of your leads, follow up consistently, and maintain clean CRM notes.

Soft skills that matter: trust-building communication, calm confidence under time pressure, responsiveness, and strong follow-through.

We need a confident closer to call leads that have ALREADY registered on our site. This is NOT cold calling. Every lead raised their hand first.

Call warm inbound leads (U.S. tax firm owners)
Qualify, pitch, and close
Follow up via phone, email, and SMS
Log activity in our CRM

Our goal is simple: pick up the phone fast, build trust quickly, and close while the leads are still hot—so the pipeline keeps moving and tax firms get the right next step.

$800–$1,500/month base (depending on experience)
Performance bonus on top—top closers can earn well above base
Fully remote
NO time tracker (we don’t care when you work—we care that the leads get called)
Side hustle friendly: another job is fine as long as you can call leads while they’re hot
