- 5+ years of experience in mobile games product management, live game operations, production, or studio/portfolio leadership.
- Strong experience with F2P casual mobile games.
- Experience with puzzle, word, card/solitaire, jigsaw, hidden object, match-3, or similar evergreen genres is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to improve mature or live products through iteration, LiveOps, monetization work, and data-driven testing.
- Strong understanding of retention, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, ad monetization, IAP, LiveOps, UA readiness, and product economics.
- Experience building or leading small cross-functional teams.
- Ability to hire and manage remote contributors across product, design, engineering, analytics, QA, and art/content.
- Comfortable working with older products, imperfect data, technical limitations, technical debt, and practical trade-offs.
- Ability to coordinate with centralized UA, AdOps, analytics, and publishing teams without losing product ownership.
- Strong communication skills and a clear decision-making style.
- Fluent English required.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- LATAM work experience or strong understanding of the LATAM gaming talent market is a plus.
- Existing network in the Argentina/Buenos Aires gaming community is a strong plus.
- Build and lead the initial LATAM-based game revival team.
- Recruit, select, onboard, and manage the first key team members, including game design/LiveOps, engineering, and, as needed, QA/release and art/content contributors.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business results for assigned games.
- Lead diagnostics across candidate titles and recommend which game to revive first.
- Define the revival plan for each selected game.
- Audit existing games across FTUE, retention, monetization, content, ad logic, store promise, technical health, LiveOps, and UA readiness.
- Create a fast release cadence focused on measurable product improvements rather than large, unfocused redesigns.
- Define and run experiments to improve retention, engagement, monetization, LiveOps performance, and UA readiness.
- Build a practical LiveOps process: content calendar, events, offers, daily challenges, seasonal updates, and player communication where relevant.
- Coordinate with customer UA, AdOps, analytics, and infrastructure teams while keeping product decisions owned by the revival team.
- Establish dashboards, KPI reviews, experiment readouts, and scale/stop/continue decisions.
- Make clear ship/stop/scale/sunset recommendations based on data and product judgment.
- Establish the operating rhythm of the new team: weekly KPI reviews, product planning, release planning, and post-test readouts.
