We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with proven experience in Contentful and client-facing technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in Contentful content modeling and space architecture, built according to best practices.
- Experience with multi-space consolidation.
- Hands-on work with content migration planning and execution.
- Ability to design authoring templates that enable self-service for non-engineers (marketers).
- Experience leading technical decisions and working directly with clients.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) for daily communication with US-based clients.

You will lead the ownership of the Contentful content model and space architecture, establishing the best practices our team follows.
- Lead multi-space consolidation: merge separate Contentful spaces into a clean, maintainable structure without disrupting live sites.
- Plan, oversee, and support content migrations that run safely and are repeatable.
- Design authoring templates so marketers can create and publish content independently, without engineering help.
- Act as the main technical contact with the client’s engineering, marketing, and product teams.
- Guide and support other engineers on the project through technical decisions and day-to-day collaboration.
